Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle

Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle (aka RSWC) is an independent talent scout and driver development program focused on finding and developing young talent to professional stock car racing careers. RSWC evaluates approximately 1000 young drivers each year, selecting around 40 to try out in an annual in-depth race track testing & talent evaluation known as the Shoot-Out.

The top talented young drivers from the Shoot-Out, that RSWC believes have what it takes to go all the way to a career, are invited to join in the Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle Driver Career Development Program. RSWC has 30 race teams, 12 driver coaches, 26 classroom training programs, 30 on-track training programs and racing connections to train, mold and develop young drivers to a career in professional stock car racing.

For 2011, Jamie Krzysik is racing in the NASCAR Late Models with Bill McAnally Racing as part of Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle driver development program.
